This fits the Murphy mosquitoe repellant thicker sticks perfectly. Holds the stick securely in place.
This holder is very attractive in appearance and the hole is large enough to support a variety of sized incense. The side bowl is ample size to catch falling ashes and I have not had to clean up any if any ashes outside of the intended bowl that catches them. I also feel that the hole is large or deep enough that I can walk away with confidence and feel that even though accident can happen the construction of this holder is great enough that there is little worry in this area.
This is a sturdy holder I have to cut most of the stick off so that it sits level in the holder. If not it leans to one side and the ash misses the dish and makes a mess.
Bought these for the mosquito incense but it doesn’t catch all the ash. They’re expensive for what they are. You can use a small plant pot and fill it with sand for the same purpose. As objects, they are lovely.
I like this holder. It catches most ashes.
