Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: $4.99 for orders under $50.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $100.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (available at an additional cost).
- Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship only to the United States, including all 50 states and APO/FPO addresses.
- At this time, we do not offer international shipping yet.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can use the provided link to track your package’s status and estimated delivery date.
Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to deliver, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us at service@serenity-zone.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
Important Notes
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs (if applicable).
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses.
